• 3 cups sifted flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1½ cup cooking oil
  • 8 ounces pineapple, crushed with juice
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups bananas, diced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt

From the kitchen of my Grandma T.

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl, then add pineapple and bananas. Fold together until well blended. Mixture should be stirred not beaten. Pour into greased 9 inch baking dish or bundt pan.

Bake at 350°F/ 180°C for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool on rack before removing from pan.
