- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 pint heavy cream
- 1 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces fettuccine noodles, cooked

In a large saucepan, boil noodles according to package instructions. In a second saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter, add minced garlic, salt and pepper. Slowly stir in cream and using a whisk, beat until mixture thickens. While whisking add parmesan cheese and continue stirring until cheese is fully melted. Stir in cooked and drained noodles, then serve.
