Since my husband is a true-blue Belfastian, I thought I would post his ALL-TIME favorite breakfast and possibly his favorite meal, period.  Some people call it manna from God, I call it a heart attack on a plate but it's best known as an Ulster Fry. In Northern Ireland the Ulster Fry is the locals traditional breakfast.  For all of you non-Belfastian's you may be asking what is this Ulster Fry?   Well...let me enlighten you! It's a glorious mixture of fried breads, meats, vegetables, eggs and of course black pudding. It's served hot in almost any diner in "Norn Iron".
